The way it works in San Miguel: Sellers list their home with us for maximum Internet exposure. Not only will all the local buyers and renters see your property but those in the States, Canada, other parts of Mexico and the world will find your home and know how to contact you directly. Sellers can show their own properties or use our showing service and we'll do the work for you.

Buyers can preview your homes with or without an agent. If a buyer does not want to be represented by an agent but only work with a Notario and a Translator both parties can save a considerable amount of money as there will be no buyer's agent commission to be paid. If, on the other hand, the buyer wants a local agent to represent them then the seller would be obliged to pay that agent a 3% commission at closing. There is, however, no Listing Commission due by us ever!

Cómo funciona en San Miguel: Los vendedores enlistan su casa con nosotros para recibir una publicidad máxima en el Internet.  Los compradores y arrendatarios locales verán su propiedad, así como los que están en los Estados Unidos, Canadá y otras partes de México.  Le contactarán directamente.  Los vendedores pueden mostrar sus propiedades, o pueden usar nuestro servicio para que realicemos el trabajo por ellos.

Los compradores pueden prever su casa con o sin agente.  Si el comprador no quiere la representación de un agente y solo quiere trabajar con un notario y un  intérprete, ambas partes pueden ahorrar mucho dinero, así que no habrá comisión pagadera a un agente del comprador.  Por otro lado, si el comprador quiere un agente para representarlo, el vendedor se obliga a pagar una comisión de 3% al agente al cierre. ¡Jamás tendrá que pagar una Comisión de Listado a nosotros!

En el mercado de hoy, es importante ahorrar todo el dinero que sea posible con su transacción de bienes raíces.
