Once you have located the property and made your offer, after all negotiations are complete you would use a Notario (Mexican Real Estate Lawyer and closing agent) to process the legal paperwork and close the transaction. You also have options of purchasing a Title Report through Stewart Title of Mexico to be absolutely sure of the legal status of the property. 

Because the seller is not paying a listing commission in most cases there is automatically a 3% discount on the price of the home. Cash is King and all the more one has the better is our philosophy!
